I'm Alex.

Welcome to my little corner of the internet! I am Alex, the face behind Fig & Olive Photography.

Originally from Germany, I now call Carrum Downs home, where I photograph families, newborns and mums to be from across the Mornington Peninsula.

Photography has always been about connection for me. I love capturing little moments that often go unnoticed - the cuddles, the laughter, the tiny fingers wrapped around yours and the genuine smiles that tell your families story.

When you book a session with me, I want you to feel completely at ease. My sessions are relaxed, child led and never rushed, so you can simply enjoy spending time together, while I capture the memories you will treasure for years to come.

When I am not behind the camera, you will usually find me spending time with my daughter, reading a romance or dark romance book
